About the role
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Deals Corporate Finance team in Makati. The role involves delivering innovative deal solutions, providing advice and support from initiation through to completion, and helping clients maximise value through data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute deal strategies, from origination to closing.
- Provide advisory services and support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Use analytical tools to extract insights from industry and sector trends.
- Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
- Delegate tasks, coach junior team members and ensure delivery of results.
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner.
- Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.
