Senior Architect / Interior Designer

About the role

Studio Ong is seeking a seasoned Senior Architect/Interior Designer to lead design packages from concept through construction. Based in Quezon City, this full‑time, on‑site position will guide junior staff, coordinate with consultants, and ensure high‑quality deliverables for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural and interior design packages across all project phases.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to align design intent.
• Prepare, review, and markup construction drawings, shop drawings, and detail packages.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee production of design documentation.
• Ensure design quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect or Interior Designer.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural design, drawing production, and project management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and support team members.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
