Senior Analyst – Organization Design

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Organization Design will support Birches Group’s Consulting unit by delivering high‑quality Community™ job design and evaluation projects. You will act as a key resource for the OD team, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review project execution and outputs across OD services, maintaining rigorous quality control and consistent application of the Community™ standard.
• Compile and reconcile client data to identify gaps, providing initial recommendations for comprehensive solutions.
• Advise consulting team members on issues and opportunities during project execution, recommending improvements for future strategies.
• Mentor and train resources on OD processes and optimal Community™ Jobs solutions.
• Guide clients and external colleagues on guidelines, timelines, procedures, and methodologies for OD services.
• Anticipate potential project issues, propose mitigation approaches, and gather feedback to sustain high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Completion of secondary school with certificates or an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience delivering job evaluation, salary scale design, skills and performance, or general consulting services.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
