Senior Analyst, FX Venue Onboarding

About the role

LSEG is looking for an FX Venue Onboarding Senior Analyst to join its onboarding team in Manila. The role helps grow the FXall platform by bringing customers and liquidity providers onto its markets, working with product, relationship management, sales, technology and business teams to onboard clients into the FXall Admin reference data and permissioning tool.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to set up FX customers on LSEG FX trading platforms.
• Resolve sophisticated client queries, flag high-impact risks and build relationships with key teams.
• Keep up to date with product and service changes to maintain service quality.
• Onboard new buy-side customers and sell-side providers to FXall, Matching and Workspace platforms, and offboard buy-side customers.
• Onboard customers to NDF Matching and manage their participant data.
• Handle Price Stream Entitlement requests with clients and internal groups.
• Work with Sales, Account Management, Support, Development, Professional Services, Product, Global Regulatory and Business Ops teams.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience level.
• Validated customer service skills and experience.
• Experience in an onboarding role working with customer reference data.
• Ability to work in a customer-focused environment following detailed processes.
• Strong teammate able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Flexible to work across APAC, EMEA and Americas hours.

Required skills

• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Fx market experience and understanding of FX products.
• Beneficial: knowledge of MS platforms and process automation, and exposure to FXall, FX Matching and Workspace.
