About the role

Fortis Prime Financial Group, in partnership with InLife, is seeking an experienced senior agency leader to build and manage a high‑performing team of financial advisors in Metro Manila. Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of financial advisors.
• Develop and mentor future leaders within the agency.
• Design and execute business growth and sales strategies.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and talent‑development initiatives.
• Expand professional networks and support clients in achieving financial security.

Required profile

• Proven track record in agency leadership, unit or branch management, or regional sales.
• Experience as an MDRT producer, GAMA award recipient, or entrepreneur leading sales organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high‑performing teams.
• Passion for developing people and creating long‑term impact.
