Section Manager – Key Account

About the role

The Section Manager – Key Account will lead the relationship with our most important retail partners, ensuring product availability, optimal merchandising, and successful promotions that drive sales growth. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and key accounts, delivering excellent customer service and fostering long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for key retail accounts and build strong relationships with account representatives.
• Negotiate and implement agreements, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure proper product display, rotation, and replenishment in line with account requirements.
• Monitor compliance with merchandising standards and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Achieve sales targets and profitability goals for assigned accounts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to support account needs.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff assigned to key account operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in retail account management or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising, sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
