About the role

The Branch Manager – Sales will lead the Business Center’s sales initiatives, ensuring targets are met and the branch remains sustainable. This role focuses on expanding the customer base, improving profitability, and strengthening relationships with existing clients within the retail banking environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve branch goals.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitor movements, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Grow the customer base through internal and external sales initiatives.
  • Improve account profitability and deepen business relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and execute the Business Center’s sales plan in line with Retail Banking Group objectives.
  • Maintain timely and cordial service to meet clients’ financial needs.

Required profile

  • Team player with a passion for working in a banking environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related discipline.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, management, and financial management.
