About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The position is based at West Avenue and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
- Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related program (minimum four‑year graduate).
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong leadership mindset with a focus on strategic planning and management.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls and financial management principles.
- Understanding of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and bank products and services.
