Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced, data‑driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. The role blends traditional SEO with AI‑powered marketing, automation, and technical website development to deliver scalable, measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical site audits.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create SEO‑driven assets.
• Implement AI‑driven SEO enhancements and automate content workflows.
• Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogging, training, and backlink campaigns.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools.
• Stay current on algorithm updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Build ethical backlink strategies and support local SEO efforts.
• Coordinate technical SEO improvements such as site speed, mobile optimization, and structured data.
• Present insights and strategy updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with SEO tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
