Scaffolder (NC II) – Antipolo, Rizal

About the role

The NC II Scaffolder is responsible for safely erecting, modifying and dismantling temporary scaffolding structures on construction sites. This role provides secure working platforms for personnel and materials at various heights, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical plans to determine scaffolding requirements.
• Assemble, erect, modify and disassemble scaffolding using power tools and hand tools.
• Install scaffolding on uneven terrain and around obstacles while maintaining stability.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, identify defects and perform necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with other construction workers to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site and scaffolding equipment.

Required profile

• Possession of an NC II Scaffolding certification or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and instructions.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor at heights.
• Commitment to adhering to safety standards and regulations.
