SAP Security Consultant – Hybrid (Cubao/Uptown BGC)

About the role

Join a high‑impact SAP Security team that supports enterprise‑scale SAP environments for leading clients in the Philippines. You will act as a trusted security advisor, own critical security activities, and deepen your expertise across SAP Authorization, GRC, IDM, and modern SAP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business context and align SAP security solutions.
• Lead SAP application security tasks, including complex role design, authorization troubleshooting, and compliance reporting.
• Own Sev1 and major SAP security incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
• Support end‑to‑end SAP security implementations, workshops, testing, cut‑over, and hyper‑care phases.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SAP Security experience.
• Experience with at least two SAP applications (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HR).
• Strong knowledge of SAP role design, GRC and IDM administration, and compliance reporting (SOX, EWA).
