SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant – France

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant to join Strada’s team in France. You will work on SAP HCM payroll projects, delivering customized solutions and ensuring successful go‑live for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, aligning technical activities with best practices and client requirements.
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions according to customer needs, following Strada standards, and conduct system testing.
• Manage priorities to meet deadlines and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Support go‑live activities and ensure payroll system readiness.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP HCM, with 2‑3 successful HCM implementations.
• In‑depth knowledge of European payroll, especially France configuration.
• Strong client focus, accountability, and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
