About the role

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant to join its Health & Public Service practice in the Philippines. You will work with global healthcare payer and provider clients, helping them transform care delivery through Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage client deliveries, including reporting and dashboarding.
• Monitor, update, communicate, and implement project plans.
• Engage with client leadership to understand opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Track financials and resources at the program level.
• Lead governance activities to support new workstreams.
• Serve as liaison among clients, technical teams, and various workstreams.
• Produce thought‑leadership content and relevant assets.

Required profile

• Health industry expertise with knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem.
• End‑to‑end understanding of payer and/or provider functional value‑chain components.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Structured problem‑solving ability to formulate hypotheses and conduct analyses.
• Stakeholder management experience with mid‑level to senior client leadership.
• Impeccable team‑management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Robust program‑management capabilities.
• Cross‑cultural competence and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
