Salesforce Developer (LWC, Apex, Field Service) – Remote (Manila)

About the role

Thunder is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join its remote team in the Manila metro area. You will work on Sales Cloud and Field Service solutions, lead project delivery, and act as the main liaison for the Customer Success Manager and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cases and tasks, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Perform user administration, report/dashboard creation, and data management.
• Design, configure, and maintain integrations with external systems using SOAP, REST, other Salesforce APIs, and ETL tools.
• Collaborate with users, vendors, and development teams to define and document requirements.
• Provide status updates to the lead consultant and support end‑users with configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements.
• Serve as escalation point for associate consultants, consultants, and developers.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on Salesforce CRM products (Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications; Platform Developer certification required.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components, SOQL.
• Integration experience with SOAP and REST APIs, other Salesforce APIs, and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and object‑oriented programming.
