About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while providing essential assistance to our sales department and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping to qualify leads and schedule follow‑up meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client inquiries and provide product information.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
