Sales Specialist – Day Shift with Hybrid Work

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our offshore team supporting Australia’s leading fashion‑portrait studio. The role operates on a day shift, initially onsite at Cebu IT Park with a hybrid arrangement after six months.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Contact leads via phone, SMS and email to build genuine relationships.
• Motivate clients and book photo‑shoot appointments (US$89 booking fee).
• Maintain and update the lead pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Deliver high‑energy service to a primarily female clientele aged 13‑35.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably with high commission results.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to make volume outbound/inbound calls.
• Creative interest in fashion, styling, photography or modeling (optional).
• Able to travel less than 1.5 hours to the Cebu IT Park office.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
