Sales Representative – Puerto Princesa

About the role

PayJoy is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow its partner network in Puerto Princesa. You will be the primary point of contact for retailers, delivering training, support, and incentive programs to drive product adoption and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and store activation goals by increasing merchant productivity and market share.
• Maintain relationships with existing merchants to ensure continuous sales performance.
• Visit stores to train sales teams, promote marketing materials, and launch incentive campaigns.
• Develop strategies based on market and competition analysis to identify sales opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new business partners that meet PayJoy’s requirements.
• Keep the customer database up‑to‑date and record all interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.

Required profile

• Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, software sales, mobile devices, or field sales within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive, organized, resilient and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly and personal transportation (car or motorcycle) for store visits.
