Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will build and nurture client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. You will understand customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and support clients throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions and support.
• Manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed defined sales targets.
• Generate leads, conduct outreach, and follow up on inquiries.
• Provide product knowledge and handle customer questions effectively.
• Collect and relay product feedback and market insights from client interactions.
• Travel as needed and work outside regular office hours to meet client schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑oriented approach.
• Resilient, results‑driven, persuasive, and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
