About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships. The role involves field visits, cold‑calling and networking to generate leads, and delivering compelling product presentations to prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling and networking.
- Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or a related field.
- At least 12 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly motivated, customer‑oriented and target‑driven.
- Willingness to travel and work on‑site as required.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using CRM tools.
