Sales Representative – B2B & Healthcare Focus

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Cebu City on a 6‑month project basis. The role focuses on both inbound and outbound sales activities targeting existing accounts and new customers, primarily in the US market. Candidates should have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for existing accounts and new customer acquisition.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations using the client’s ERP system.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions effectively.
• Provide dedicated pre‑sales support and thorough post‑sales follow‑up.
• Engage regularly with customers to strengthen long‑term relationships.
• Conduct proactive telemarketing campaigns to warm and cold leads provided via CRM.
• Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales quotas, meeting KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and give feedback for product improvement.
• Develop deep understanding of our products and services to address customer queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of strong sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Proven success selling a wide range of products/services to the US market.
• Experience in the medical/healthcare industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and experience closing sales.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Immediate availability to join.
