Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Salmon is scaling its offline network of 7,000 partner stores across the Philippines and needs a Sales Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply‑chain function. You will be responsible for procurement, storage, inventory management and material delivery, ensuring the network runs smoothly as it expands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full supply‑chain process: procurement, storage, inventory management and delivery to stores.
• Lead a team of four Supply Chain Specialists based in the Philippines.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, reviewing terms and identifying alternatives.
• Control costs, plan material requirements and monitor stock levels.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement systematic improvements.
• Use metrics and data to make informed decisions and drive process optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing operational processes in supply chain, procurement, logistics or retail operations.
• Experience with offline infrastructure at scale (stores, warehouses, distributed locations).
• Track record of building and improving procurement, inventory and delivery processes.
• Strong English communication skills for daily interaction with an English‑speaking team.
• Currently based outside Russia and Belarus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and analysis.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• English language proficiency.
