About the role
EMAPTA is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Control Data Entry Specialist to support U.S. logistics operations from a remote setup. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and preparing shipping documentation while coordinating with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update inventory data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process customer orders and generate related shipping documents.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve data‑related inquiries.
- Support day‑to‑day U.S. logistics activities through timely data entry.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
