Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join Toyota Financial Services in Metro Manila. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our dealer network, driving sales growth and delivering top‑class support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with dealer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
• Identify new business opportunities within the dealer network and propose solutions to increase revenue.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend actions to improve results.
• Provide prompt and effective customer support, handling inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, marketing and operations to align dealer initiatives with company objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within automotive or financial services.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail for monitoring performance data.
