Sales Network Officer – Broker Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Network Officer to coordinate with brokers, agents, and sales partners, driving property sales across our portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales network and ensuring seamless collaboration with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and sales partners.
• Coordinate sales activities and provide timely updates on property listings.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase sales volume.
• Prepare reports on network performance and sales outcomes.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and broker meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships.
• Basic understanding of the real‑estate market in the Philippines.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
