About the role
The Sales Manager will oversee a remote sales operation based in the Philippines, leading a large team of more than 60 sales representatives. The position is full‑time and fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while aligning the team with company objectives and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team of 60+ representatives.
- Set and monitor sales targets to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Implement sales strategies that improve performance across the remote workforce.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
