Sales Executive – Laboratory Equipment

About the role

Esco is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote its laboratory, bioprocessing and IVF medical devices across the Philippines. You will be the front‑line contact for labs, hospitals and research institutions, driving revenue while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Sell ESCO products and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients in the designated market.
• Provide ongoing customer support and conduct safety awareness programs at client sites.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to increase market share and manage receivables.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from order to delivery and collection.
• Visit laboratories, medical and pharmaceutical end‑users to showcase ESCO solutions.
• Follow up on quotations and update status weekly.
• Deliver product training to dealers and support them at exhibitions and events.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, reporting on product performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience selling laboratory equipment.
• Strong negotiation, teamwork and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory environments is a plus.
