Sales Director

About the role

The Sales Director will shape and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Reporting to senior management, this leader will oversee the sales organization, coach sales managers, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Managers, setting performance goals and monitoring results.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other business units to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
• Review sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in real estate sales, including leadership experience.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue generation.
• Strong experience in managing and developing high‑performing sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a graduate of Real Estate Management (REM), or willing to enroll in the REM program.
