SmartScale360 is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule high‑quality appointments for a U.S.‑based client. This remote position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment and have a strong background in appointment setting, lead generation, and CRM management.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new inbound internet leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Qualify homeowners based on company criteria and schedule in‑home design consultations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, document conversations, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Focus on booking high‑quality appointments with strong attendance rates and minimize cancellations.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve scripts, messaging, and overall sales strategies.
• Assist in onboarding and training new appointment setters and coach team members on best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
• Proven success converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• CRM management (experience with any CRM platform).
