Sales Development Representative - AU Market

About the role

RingCentral is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify sales opportunities across the Australian Mid-Market and Enterprise segment. You will research and prioritize target accounts, engage multiple decision-makers through tailored outreach, run discovery to understand business needs, and build a qualified pipeline for Account Executives, using AI-powered tools to support account research and prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts using account intelligence and intent data
• Reach out to IT, CX, Operations and Finance stakeholders with tailored messaging
• Run structured discovery to assess business needs, budget, timeline and decision-making process
• Partner with Account Executives and Marketing on ABM strategies, account planning and qualified meeting handoffs
• Maintain accurate CRM data and review AI-generated research, outreach and meeting briefs for quality and relevance

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably B2B
• At least 6 months of leads management experience (generation, conversion, pipelining)
• Preferred: experience prospecting or selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
• Willingness to work on Australian business hours / early shift and to work onsite in Cubao or Ortigas
