Sales Data and Systems Specialist

About the role

Roche is hiring a Sales Data and Systems Specialist in Taguig City, part of its Diagnostics Team. The specialist turns raw data into actionable intelligence that supports sales performance, working across departments to keep data accurate, integrated and accessible, and helping identify market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain insightful sales dashboards, keeping data accurate to support informed decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing and other departments to use data-driven insights for strategy.
• Manage sales data carefully and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors and turn insights into action.
• Contribute to strategic planning with sales data, product portfolio and customer performance insights.
• Document work well and improve processes based on market insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful bid submissions.
• Maintain a centralized sales data repository and project tracker.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in sales reporting, data analysis and project management, preferably in the medical device or diagnostics industry.

Required skills

• Sales reporting tools (Microsoft and G Suite).
• Data analytics platforms.
• Creating presentations, spreadsheets and proposals.
