Sales Associate – Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

About the role

Lendi Group, formed by a 2021 merger of Lendi and Aussie Home Loans, is looking for a Sales Associate to join its Associates Team in Makati. You will engage with inbound customer inquiries and proactively reach out to potential leads, using the Lendi platform to run sales processes and deliver strong customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, handling objections courteously and professionally
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Make outbound calls to potential business clients and set appointments with Australian businesses
• Turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for the brokers
• Follow call scripts and sales procedures, and discuss lending requirements with prospects
• Identify refinancing and new investment finance opportunities
• Encourage customers to use the online platform before their appointment so they can submit documents and share key information with their broker
• Record all call details accurately in the designated system

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales or a related field, preferably in finance or banking
• Track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound calls
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and to multitask and prioritise
• Preference for candidates with experience working with Australian clients

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills by phone and email
• Familiarity with lead-generation tools and CRM systems preferred
