Sales Ambassador – Motorcycle Loans (Quezon City)

About the role

The Sales Ambassador will drive motorcycle loan acquisition for Salmon Moto Loan, working directly within partner dealer stores in Quezon City. The role involves engaging walk‑in customers, guiding them through the loan application, coordinating inventory, and ensuring compliance throughout the unit release process.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively approach walk‑in customers in dealer stores, explain loan features, terms, and benefits, and address inquiries to support decision‑making.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications via the Salmon Agent App, ensuring accurate data entry and verification of IDs and supporting documents.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation for unit release, verify motorcycle condition, and set up marketing materials during release activities.
• Monitor motorcycle inventory at partner dealers, track sales, deliveries, and transfers, and regularly report status to the Head Office and Inventory Manager.
• Build strong relationships with branch managers and dealer staff to ensure smooth customer handling and alignment with Salmon processes.
• Maintain compliance with KYC and documentation standards, safeguard records, and escalate any discrepancies or potential fraud cases.
