Sales Ambassador – Motorcycle Loans (Paranaque City)

About the role

The Sales Ambassador is responsible for driving motorcycle loan acquisition and ensuring smooth on‑ground execution within partner dealer stores. The role covers customer engagement, sales conversion, inventory coordination, and end‑to‑end support during unit release while ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage walk‑in customers in partner dealer stores, guiding them through the Salmon Moto Loan application process and explaining product features, loan terms, perks, and benefits.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications via the Salmon Agent App, ensuring accurate data entry, collecting and verifying IDs and supporting documents, and confirming completeness before submission.
• Prepare all required documents for customer signing during unit release, verify motorcycle condition, set up marketing materials, and ensure proper documentation and turnover to the back‑office.
• Monitor motorcycle inventory at assigned dealer stores, track sales, deliveries, and transfers, and regularly report inventory status to the Head Office and Inventory Manager, flagging any discrepancies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and dealer staff, coordinating closely to ensure smooth customer handling, loan processing, and alignment between dealer operations and Salmon processes.
• Ensure all collected documents meet compliance and KYC requirements, maintain accuracy across submissions, safeguard documents for the back‑office team, and escalate any discrepancies, incomplete documents, or potential fraud cases.
