Sales Ambassador – Motorcycle Loans (Magalang, Pampanga)

About the role

The Sales Ambassador drives motorcycle loan acquisition and ensures smooth execution at partner dealer stores in Magalang, Pampanga. You will engage walk‑in customers, guide them through the Salmon Moto Loan application, and support the end‑to‑end release of the motorcycle unit while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively approach walk‑in customers, explain loan features, terms, and benefits, and address inquiries.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications via the Salmon Agent App, ensuring accurate data entry and verification of IDs and supporting documents.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation for customer signing during unit release, verify motorcycle condition, and set up marketing materials.
• Monitor motorcycle inventory at partner dealer stores, track movements, report status to the Head Office, and flag discrepancies.
• Build strong relationships with branch managers and dealer staff to coordinate smooth loan processing and align dealer operations with Salmon procedures.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and documentation standards, safeguard documents, and escalate any discrepancies or potential fraud.
