Safety and Security Staff

About the role

We are looking for a Safety and Security Staff member to implement the security programme of SM Southmall in Las Piñas. The role ensures a safe environment for shoppers, employees, guests and tenants, supporting the mall’s business objectives and compliance with company policies and Philippine security regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Customer Relations Services (CRS) plans under the direction of the CRS Manager.
• Conduct regular inspections of all security posts throughout the mall.
• Coordinate with mall operations to address all types of complaints.
• Monitor daily time records (DTR) or electronic time‑keeping systems (ETMS) of security agency personnel.
• Report violations of SCMC rules by employees, agency staff or tenants.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare daily incident reports.
• Maintain and organise all security‑related documentation in the CRS office.
• Provide security orientation for new tenant employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any four‑year discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in the security industry (preferred).
• Certified Security Professional qualification is optional.
• Willingness to be assigned to SM Southmall, Las Piñas.
