Security Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Security Manager to lead its security team and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff across its hotel properties.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the safety & security department, maintaining the highest standards of safety.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering timely responses to guest enquiries.
• Deliver safety & security initiatives and achieve hotel‑specific targets.
• Manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance.
• Oversee the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory while ensuring productivity.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Implement a planned preventative maintenance programme addressing environmental and conservation matters.
• Ensure adherence to legislation, document due‑diligence activities for internal and external audits, and perform follow‑up as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in safety and security.
• Excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
• Strong managerial skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and provide sound recommendations.
