Restaurant Training Officer

About the role

The Restaurant Training Officer supports the implementation and delivery of training programs that enhance the skills, service quality, and operational knowledge of Amici’s operations team. Working closely with the Training Manager, the role is key to onboarding, customer service development, and fostering a continuous learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, in‑person and online training sessions for managers, servers and line cooks.
• Deliver training on customer service excellence, food safety and operational standards as approved by the Training Manager.
• Assist in designing and updating training materials, manuals and visual content.
• Perform regular store visits to observe training application, gather feedback and monitor performance.
• Prepare training activity reports, attendance logs and evaluation summaries for the Training Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant, Human Resources, Education, Mass Communication or related field.
• Minimum three years experience in casual‑dining food and beverage operations, with at least three years in a training or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of food and service operations, customer service standards and industry best practices.
• Proven experience delivering training programs and participating in Training Needs Analysis.
