About the role

Join Shangri‑La Mactan, a 5‑star beachfront resort, as the Restaurant Manager responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will lead a team in a high‑end environment, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to guarantee seamless service.
• Assist with monthly forecasting, budgeting and weekly staff scheduling.
• Evaluate restaurant profitability and implement strategies to optimise revenue.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience and service quality.
• Drive performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Passion for food & beverage and genuine hospitality.
• Fluent in English (and local language) with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel setting.
• Friendly, trustworthy leader who enjoys planning, organising and problem‑solving.
• Self‑starter capable of motivating a team to achieve business goals.
