About the role
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for achieving store business objectives, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and government regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure food, safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Manage people through coaching, development and supervision.
- Oversee store operations, assess improvements and ensure compliance with defined standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Administration or a related business field.
- 3‑4 years of leadership experience in a service‑oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant or quick‑service.
- Strong customer‑management orientation and decision‑making ability.
- People‑management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team.
