Reserve Officer – Banking Service Manager (Bauan/Tanauan)

About the role

The Reserve Officer will step in as the absentee Business Center personnel, ensuring seamless banking operations and excellent customer service in the assigned branches. This role supports the bank’s business objectives while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, or Service Associate‑Pickup Teller during absences.
• Conduct compliance reviews on cases assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks such as special investigations, account reconciliations, and ATM duty officer duties as directed by the District Service Head.
• Process Business Center transactions within prescribed limits, approvals, and authorities.

Required profile

• Graduate with a four‑year degree in business or a service‑industry‑oriented course.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (BSP/AMLA).
• Ability to work efficiently in a banking and sales environment and handle clients professionally.
• Willingness to be assigned to different branches within the area of assignment.
