Reservations Sales Agent

About the role

Deliver a seamless and refined reservations experience for Mandarin Oriental’s upcoming 5‑star hotel in Makati, ensuring accurate bookings and exceptional guest service that meet luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and respond within 24 hours.
• Process bookings in line with LQA and Forbes standards and maintain organized guest communication records.
• Input and update reservations accurately in the PMS, review SynXis bookings, and verify arrival details.
• Conduct pre‑arrival checks two days prior, follow up on pre‑payments, no‑shows, and cancellations.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and assist with group bookings.
• Coordinate with internal departments, action daily trace reports, and maintain accurate reservation documentation.
• Support team operations, promote teamwork, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and SynXis preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a service‑driven mindset and professional grooming aligned with luxury standards.
