Reservations & Revenue Manager

About the role

The Reservations / Revenue Manager will be based on‑site in Iloilo and will lead the management of room inventory, pricing and reservations processes. This full‑time position supports the hotel’s commercial strategy by analysing booking trends, forecasting demand and ensuring accurate revenue reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust room rates and inventory across all distribution channels.
• Analyse booking patterns, occupancy and RevPAR to optimise pricing strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and demand forecasts for senior management.
• Coordinate with sales, front office and distribution partners to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain reservation standards and respond to guest booking enquiries.
• Track performance of online travel agencies and OTA extranets.

Required profile

• Strong background in revenue management, finance or accounting.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Effective communicator able to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant experience in hotel reservations, distribution or revenue management systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS) and Central Reservation System (CRS).
• Experience using channel managers and OTA extranets.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of hospitality KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR and occupancy.
