Research Analyst, Market Intelligence

About the role

This is a Research Analyst position supporting IQVIA's Insights, Analytics and Advisory team in the Philippines. The analyst sets up research projects, manages fieldwork and delivers data, reporting to a sector vertical led by consultants and a principal. The role works closely with internal stakeholders across the whole project cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Help set up research projects and monitor their execution so milestones are met on time
• Communicate with team members, fieldwork vendors, the Manila Hub and local/global project leads to run projects end to end
• Follow quality control protocols, check and validate data so it meets IQVIA standards
• Support analysis delivery through visualisation (Power BI, Excel, Tableau) and help write outputs and reports
• In the Philippines: understand study objectives, scope, methodology, sample size, recruitment criteria and timelines
• Support IAA consultants and project managers in day-to-day execution and compliance with operations standards
• Help prepare kick-off decks and survey links, then monitor fieldwork progress and sample completion
• Prepare data quality checks, data table specifications and final data tables, and turn them into charts for reports
• Support qualitative studies (IDIs, FGDs) via online hosting, respondent-moderator coordination and AI-assisted note-taking
• Maintain project files such as research materials, timelines, kick-off decks and data tables

Required profile

• 2 years of project management experience, preferably in primary market research, or 1 year of data processing and visualisation experience
• Numerical attention to detail and basic statistics knowledge (descriptive statistics, significance testing, probability, means testing, correlation)
• Written and verbal communication in Tagalog and English, with good collaboration and prioritisation skills
• Interest in the healthcare industry and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
