Remote Marketing Project Manager

About the role

eandd is looking for a remote Marketing Project Manager to run a functioning marketing department that already has two VAs in place. The role owns task assignments, manages quality, handles compliance routing and keeps leadership informed without burying them in updates. It is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, paid $12-14 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day projects across all active marketing deliverables
• Assign tasks and oversee the output of two marketing VAs
• Route content requiring review to the right contact on time, with no last-minute scrambles
• Maintain a clean, current project tracker with status, owner and due date for every deliverable
• Hold weekly syncs or give live status updates on what shipped, what is in progress and what is blocked
• Escalate blockers and capacity issues proactively
• Document processes and SOPs as the department grows

Required profile

• Direct experience managing at least two remote contractors or employees whose output was your responsibility
• Prior experience in a compliance-adjacent environment where content approval workflows are standard (financial services, legal, insurance or healthcare strongly preferred)
• Clear, precise written communication with specific updates and deadlines
• High self-direction, solving problems before escalating
• Availability during US business hours
