Reporting Technician

About the role

The Reporting Technician joins Outsourced.ph’s data team to process, analyze, and archive data captured by the company’s robotic systems. You will transform raw field data into high‑quality reports for customers and partners while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, load, and verify data from field crews, acquiring missing information as needed.
• Process and review data using proprietary RedZone software and collaborate with Engineering when required.
• Document methods, author technical drafts, incorporate feedback, and produce final reports.
• Create customer deliverables, including printed, bound, and digital media.
• Prepare supporting documentation such as charts, photos, and graphs.
• Monitor material stock levels and trigger re‑orders.
• Develop and follow best practices for data processing, reporting, and archiving.
• Interact directly with customers to deliver work products and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computers, software, mathematics, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data collection, input, programming, or document creation.
• Required PACP certification.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills, and ability to follow detailed timelines.
• Fluent English with effective written and verbal communication.
