About the role

We are looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our team in Makati on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on supporting contract renewals, enhancing customer retention, and ensuring smooth contract management for our global technology clients. This is a night‑shift position with immediate health coverage from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage renewal contracts for existing customers.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of contract terms and renewal dates.
• Address customer inquiries related to renewals and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor renewal metrics and contribute to retention strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours.
• Basic understanding of SaaS or technology‑service contracts.
