Remote Recruiter for Healthcare Teams

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based clients. You will work from home, sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of care positions, ensuring each hire contributes to better patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Utilize platforms like CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and job boards for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics and recommend workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in healthcare recruitment and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight hiring deadlines.
