Remote Project Manager (Offshore Team, Philippines)

About the role

Salud Healthcare is a tech-forward services organization that helps private practices transition to alternative payment models. Its Project Manager keeps the initiatives behind the coding, quality, records and analytics programs on schedule, on scope and visible to everyone who depends on them. The role works within Salud's offshore team in the Philippines, partnering daily with US-based stakeholders, which requires overlap with US Eastern business hours and the ability to move work forward asynchronously. It is fully remote and requires a secure, private home workspace and reliable high-speed internet.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into project plans with scope, milestones, owners, dependencies and target dates.
• Maintain project boards, timelines and task assignments in the project management platform, and drive day-to-day execution by following up on open items and unblocking owners.
• Manage recurring program cycles (monthly, quarterly and annual) with repeatable checklists and handoffs.
• Connect offshore and US teams, document handoffs so work continues without a live conversation, and facilitate standups, working sessions and status reviews.
• Coordinate with clinical operations, coding and quality, technology and client-facing teams, and escalate blockers with enough context for a decision.
• Produce status reports for leadership, track risks and issues with mitigations, and manage scope changes with sign-off.
• Build and maintain project documentation, SOPs, runbooks and templates, capture lessons learned, and handle PHI in line with HIPAA and company policy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience, owning full project lifecycles.
• Experience supporting US-based clients or operations from an offshore location.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Working understanding of scope, schedule, dependencies, risk and change control.

Required skills

• Project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana or Smartsheet, including boards, automations and reporting views.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration tools.
