Remote Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out to Meadow. You will guide them through cremation options with clarity and compassion, helping them make confident decisions in a single conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Own warm inbound leads from first contact to close using Meadow’s consultative playbook.
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance on cremation services and answer family questions.
• Maintain a disciplined follow‑up rhythm across phone, text and email to ensure no family falls through the cracks.
• Achieve revenue targets while maintaining high close rates and quality scores.
• Utilize and navigate the tech stack – HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack and the internal case‑management system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2C sales experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; confident, empathetic communicator.
• Self‑driven, emotionally steady and highly coachable.
• Comfortable working independently with a consistent follow‑up routine.
• Home office setup that meets the company’s technical requirements.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or comparable CRM such as Salesforce or Zoho).
• Aircall phone system.
• Slack collaboration tool.
• Google Workspace (GSuite).
