Remote Healthcare Recruiter (Full-Time)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Healthcare Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based clients. You will work from home, handling the full recruitment cycle for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and other job boards.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews via HelloHire or similar platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment metrics (application rates, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in healthcare staffing and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight hiring timelines.
